Wearing masks: From Tuesday 30th November 2021, it is now compulsory for all customers and staff to wear a face mask when in the store. Please help us by remembering to wear yours. We have spare disposable masks available, in case you forget yours.
Appointments: It will not be necessary to book an appointment before visiting the store. However, Our appointment system will remain live on our website and Facebook Page. We advise you to pre-book for video gait analysis, particularly at the weekends.
Social distancing: We will continue to serve customers in separate seating areas as much as possible. However, at busy times, we may sit different customers in the same seating areas. We will always ask both parties before doing this.
If you’d prefer to be assured of being served in a separate seating area, we would advise booking an appointment ahead of your visit , specifically requesting this in the booking details section.
Finally, as the restrictions change we realise there will be different attitudes and opinions regarding the pros and cons of it all. We are not here to judge. We want all our customers to feel comfortable and safe while enjoying their shopping experience. Please work with us to ensure our staff and other customers enjoy their visit as much as possible.
