This Monday (19th July) sees the lifting of many restrictions for people and businesses, including here at The Derby Runner.
With this in mind, we wanted to just cover how things will change in store for staff and customers.
Customers wearing masks:
You will not be required to wear a mask when visiting our shop.
However, if you choose to do so, that is absolutely fine.
The wearing of masks will not be made compulsory for our staff. However, they will be given the choice to do so if they wish.
If you would prefer us to wear a mask when serving you in-store, please just ask. We’ll be happy to wear a mask as and when required.
Appointments: It will not be necessary to book an appointment before visiting the store. However, Our appointment system will remain live on our website and Facebook Page. We advise you to pre-book for video gait analysis, particularly at the weekends.
Social distancing: We will continue to serve customers in separate seating areas as much as possible. However, at busy times, we may sit different customers in the same seating areas. We will always ask both parties before doing this.
If you’d prefer to be assured of being served in a separate seating area, we would advise booking an appointment ahead of your visit , specifically requesting this in the booking details section.
Finally, as the restrictions change we realise there will be different attitudes and opinions regarding the pros and cons of it all. We are not here to judge. We want all our customers to feel comfortable and safe while enjoying their shopping experience. Please work with us to ensure our staff and other customers enjoy their visit as much as possible.
We hope this helps to answer any questions regarding how we plan to move forward. If there is anything you would like to know that hasn’t been mentioned or isn’t clear, send us a message!
