Appointments: It will not be necessary to book an appointment before visiting the store. However, Our appointment system will remain live on our website and Facebook Page. We advise you to pre-book for video gait analysis, particularly at the weekends.
Our appointment system can also be used to make us a aware of any specific requirements you may have before you visit. For example, a specific product, or requesting to be served by a particular member of staff.
Social distancing: We will continue to serve customers in separate seating areas as much as possible. However, at busy times, we may sit different customers in the same seating areas. We will always ask both parties before doing this.
